Director & General Manager

Sabrina has more than 15 years’ experience across the mental health sector. With qualifications in psychology, a Master of Rehabilitation Counselling and a Master’s in Autism, she leads YJC with clinical insight, compassion and a commitment to neuro-affirming, strengths-based practice.

Holly

Service Manager — Core Supports

Holly has a social work background and five years of experience in mental health. She has also supported young people in out-of-home care, neurodivergent young people, and refugee and migrant communities. Grounded and empathetic, Holly’s approach is trauma-informed, person-centred and strengths-based. She believes in holistic care that supports each person to work towards meaningful goals. Outside work, Holly enjoys hiking in nature, swimming, gardening, crafting and baking.

Briah Eggins

Team Service Manager & Senior Support Coordinator

Briah is the Team Service Manager and Senior Support Coordinator at YJC. She has extensive experience supporting people with complex and intersecting needs, including housing instability, domestic violence and complex NDIS reviews. Briah uses a compassionate, strengths-based approach and is passionate about helping people feel safe, supported and confident in accessing the right supports at the right time.

Psychosocial Recovery Coach & Support Coordinator

Cornelia brings a strong clinical and psychosocial background to YJC, with qualifications in nursing and completion of a Psychology (Honours) program. She has extensive experience supporting people with psychosocial disability across a range of not-for-profit roles and is committed to helping participants achieve meaningful and sustainable outcomes.

Rory has been part of YJC for over two years, supporting participants with psychosocial disability to work towards their goals and aspirations. With experience in the mental health sector and lived experience, he brings empathy, strong communication skills and a practical understanding of barriers to participation. A passionate musician, Rory enjoys helping people reconnect with hobbies, interests and community.

Kaitlin holds a Certificate IV in Mental Health and brings a valuable combination of formal training, lived experience and practical disability-support knowledge to her role. She has worked with YJC for almost three years and previously supported people in Supported Independent Living settings. Kind, down-to-earth and highly organised, Kaitlin helps participants navigate services, build everyday capacity, strengthen emotional regulation and work towards goals with reliable, respectful support.
