Psychosocial Recovery Coaching
Practical, recovery-oriented support that connects the people, services and strategies around your NDIS goals.
Psychosocial Recovery Coaches work alongside people living with psychosocial disability to understand what matters most, turn goals into practical steps and bring supports together. A coach can help connect clinical, community, informal and NDIS-funded supports so they work in a coordinated way, while building your confidence to direct your own recovery.
Support may include
- Clarifying your priorities and translating goals into practical recovery actions
- Connecting clinical, community, informal and NDIS-funded supports with your goals
- Developing recovery plans, routines and self-management strategies
